The basic list includes a Letter of Authorization from the borrower, a hardship letter from the borrower, an executed sales contract, a preliminary HUD showing estimated closing costs and proceeds, a print out of the Multiple Listing Service with the listing date, a listing agreement and 2 months bank statements and financial statements including Tax Returns.
